Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Contracts Manager III at its Atlanta headquarters. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales contracts, especially for software licensing, cloud services, and maintenance agreements in the retail and restaurant sectors.

You will lead negotiations with customers and coordinate with Pricing, Global Sales, and the CFO's Office to manage risk and ensure policy compliance. Strong writing and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; 8+ years of commercial contracting experience preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing, cloud services, and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal clients to understand objectives and assess contract risks.
• Lead negotiations with customers' senior management and legal teams.
• Draft and respond to customer terms; advise senior management on contractual risk.
• Work with Pricing, Global Sales, and Finance to minimize margin erosion and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide post-signature contract support for interpretation and revenue recognition issues.
