Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to join the legal team supporting the Contracting Centre of Excellence. You will draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including technology agreements, while assessing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and drives operational improvements and training materials, with a focus on AI integration into contracting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience independently negotiating and managing complex contracts.
• Experience negotiating technology contracts is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to drive change management in contracting processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Expert in contract lifecycle and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, including technology agreements.
• Identify and mitigate risks in vendor, agency, engagement, and real estate contracts.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update contract templates for compliance.
• Contribute to contract workflows, templates and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys to align negotiation and risk strategies.
• Advise internal clients on policies and contracts.
• Support training materials and other duties as assigned.
• Strong AI fluency or willingness to become proficient for AI integration.
