Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager for Oak Ridge, TN to lead prime contract administration on nuclear and federal projects. You will guide scope, changes, schedules, and risks in collaboration with project managers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DEAR, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to support pursuit, delivery, and close-out activities across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in prime contract management.
• Expert knowledge of FAR and DEAR.
• Experience with DOE and federal procurement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to lead contract change management.

Responsibilities

• Support prime contract administration.
• Guide scope, change, schedule, and risk with PMs.
• Respond to procurement requirements and negotiate changes.
• Collaborate with discipline leads on change management.
• Review contract documents for conflicts and compliance.
• Prepare monthly contractual reports.
• Assist PM with close-out procedures.
