The position supports hybrid work in the VA or DC area, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and drive strategic contracting initiatives. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to operate on sensitive projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 15+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews client contracts to identify risks and ensure policy conformity.
• Leads negotiations with federal and commercial customers.
• Proposes contract text and clauses appropriate for Parsons' business.
• Ensures contracts are reviewed for legal, risk, tax and accounting issues before approval.
• Participates with business development and project management on terms and conditions.
• Monitors prime contracts for compliance with terms and conditions.
