Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
• Supervisory experience, or experience leading cross functional projects preferred.
• Bachelor degree level of education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new and revised Senior, Vision and Dental products and financial arrangements to support legislation, regulatory requirements, and new plan offerings.
• Annual updates for Senior, Dental and Vision; develop and maintain policy forms; update Dental certificates.
• Oversee major changes for annual product updates and drive milestones to completion.
• Analyze changes for contract documents, system values, and updates.
• Participate in implementing new products and changes, leading cross‑functional workgroups.
