Revel IT is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle for educational products and services in the U.S. Higher Education market.

You will drive contract strategy, negotiate terms, draft agreements, and coordinate with sales, finance, and legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. The role requires a JD is a plus and a minimum of ten years in contract management, with strong skills in drafting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD is a plus.
• 10 years of contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state data privacy regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with the sales team to align contract strategies with objectives in the U.S. Higher Education market.
• Provides contract terms and responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Identifies risks and proposes proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Serves as the point of contact for input from sales, finance, legal during drafting and negotiation.
• Creates or generates contracts and SOWs for licensing, rental, direct sale, and distribution.
• Leads the team negotiating and finalizing contracts with customers and distributors.
• Supports business case briefings on contract-related risks and costs.
• Addresses contract questions and interprets rights, obligations, and outcomes.
• Maintains and improves revenue contract management processes for scale and variety.
