Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Contracts Manager with TS/SCI clearance to lead a team managing full lifecycle U.S. Government contracts and related agreements in Colorado.

You will coordinate contract administration from inception through completion, negotiate documents, and liaise with government and subcontractor representatives to protect organizational interests. The role requires strong leadership, deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, and experience with complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with FAR-based contracts and DFARS.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Contract Administrators, overseeing workload, performance, and development.
• Coordinate administration of contracts from inception to completion; negotiate and review documents.
• Engage in solicitation reviews, proposals, and negotiations to support contract acquisition and execution.
• Identify risks and advise on contractual rights and obligations.
• Represent the organization to customers, subcontractors, and government representatives.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Legal, and others to support new business and program expansion.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
