Quantum-Systems, Inc. is expanding its defense and government contracting team. A Contracts Manager is needed to oversee the full lifecycle of government, supplier, and customer agreements, drafting, negotiating, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in contract management within aerospace or government contracting, with strong negotiation and legal drafting skills, plus experience with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, legal studies, contract management, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in contract management, administration, or legal contract review, preferably in aerospace/defense/government contracting.
• Strong legal background with draft/review/interpret/negotiation of complex commercial and government contracts.
• Experience with government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full lifecycle of government, supplier, and customer contracts from drafting to closing.
• Provide legal guidance on terms, obligations, liabilities, and regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts including NDAs, MSAs, supplier, teaming, licensing, and government agreements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, financial, and operational risks to protect company interests.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR and related regulations; collaborate with external counsel as needed.
• Support negotiations, proposals, bid reviews, and strategic business agreements with leadership.
• Review terms for exposure, indemnification, IP, liability limits, and termination provisions.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates, policies, and approval processes.
