Qualifications

• BA Degree business or related from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Government, Military, or Aerospace Commercial Contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and CAS required; Experience with negotiating multiple year Long Term Agreements in both Commercial and Government contracts is essential.
• This position requires U.S. person status under ITAR. Sponsorship not offered now or in the future.
• Candidate will not need sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITD USG and Commercial contracts, including pre- and post-award work.
• Negotiate with USG and OEMs; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, CAS and corporate policies.
• Provide training on USG contracts and processes.
• Support proposals with pricing and documentation for direct labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Oversee subcontracting system per DFARS 252.244-7001.
• Coordinate export compliance and ITAR nationality rules.
• Lead cross-functional teams on Global Contracts Compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to new business pursuits and contract strategy.
• Develop tools and automation to speed processes using DocuSign and SharePoint.
