Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead negotiations on contracts across FMC and Aerospace divisions. The role can be remote and/or hybrid within the US/PR, with a preference for OH-area residence.

You will drive terms favorable to Eaton while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include supporting proposals, managing contract execution, and developing tools and guides to standardize agreements across functions, all while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of commercial experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of contracts experience.
U.S. person per export regulations (must meet eligibility criteria).
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and data rights preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for new contracts and contract change proposals, including multi-site negotiations as directed.
Support commercial function across FMC and Aerospace groups; participate in proposal reviews.
Ensure terms meet Eaton approvals and guidelines; mitigate risks and liabilities.
Create contract flow-downs and provide training to internal functions on key issues.
Maintain contract documents and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, ISO9000, AS9100.
