Aquatech is seeking a full-time Contracts Manager to join our team in a role that requires handling contract reviews and negotiations, NDAs, MOUs, and JV agreements. The position reports to the SVP Commercial and supports cross-functional teams across sales, projects, finance, and procurement.

The ideal candidate has experience in contract administration in project environments, with strong drafting, writing and multitasking abilities. Exempt status; Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing different types of contracts/agreements/ POs.
• Understanding of indemnity, liability limits, LIEN, dispute processes, etc.
• Knowledge of UCC, incoterms and risk mitigation measures.

Responsabilités

• Manage contract review and negotiation with customers/developers/suppliers/partners under SVP Commercial.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize NDAs, confidentiality agreements, MOUs, teaming agreements and JV documents.
• Monitor contracting processes and ensure compliance with terms and company policies.
• Administer awarded contracts, track milestones, changes, liabilities and close-outs.
• Prepare and negotiate Subcontracts and suborders as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers / sureties.
• Oversee contract-related activities of subsidiaries and large EPC contracts.
• Interact with sales, projects, finance, procurement, external law firms and other divisions.
• Support SVP Commercial with miscellaneous duties.
