Job summary

Raytheon currently seeks a Manager, Contracts to support the STaRS product area within Radio Frequency Solutions. This onsite role in McKinney, TX, focuses on cradle-to-grave contract administration and negotiations with federal customers.

The successful candidate will work with Program Management, cross-functional teams, and government agencies, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, TINA, and OTA guidelines while driving risk mitigation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to navigate cradle-to-grave contract administration and negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Develop/respond to RFPs and negotiate contracts.
• Manage CPFF, FFP, and DCS contract types; interface with customers.
