Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager for the Ephrata, PA area or a US-based office. The role focuses on contract intake, lifecycle management, and collaboration with project teams to meet client requirements.

You will interpret client contracts, identify risks, draft and review subcontracts and master agreements, and manage CLM workflows. A strong background in government contracting and MS Office is required; CPSM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must manage workload in a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Experience managing request intake, contract tracking, or workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience drafting and editing agreements with government and private sector clients.
• Working knowledge of government contracting practices (federal, state, local).
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to prioritize colleagues’ needs.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate favorable outcomes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docusign).
• Experience with public infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Client contracts to identify major requirements, obligations, and risk.
• Identify and mitigate business, legal, and financial risks with leaders.
• Prepare Subcontracts and various agreement types.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure accurate payment terms and scopes of work.
• Resolve subcontract-related issues with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontract activities across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Perform additional duties as applicable.
• Oversee CLM intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking.
