Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Contracts Manager in Ephrata, PA or any US office. You will manage contract intake, lifecycle tracking in CLM, and draft multiple agreement types while collaborating with project teams and leadership to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, and strong negotiation skills within government and private sector contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law or equivalent.
• 5+ years' prior relevant experience in drafting and editing agreements.
• Experience with contract law principles and drafting various agreements.
• Knowledge of commercial, federal, state and local contracting practices.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client contracts to identify major requirements and flow downs.
• Prepare Subcontracts and various agreement types.
• Manage intake, tracking, and lifecycle of contracts in CLM system.
• Review payment terms and scopes of work with stakeholders.
• Resolve subcontract-related issues with business leaders and suppliers.
