WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Contract Administrator to support energy infrastructure projects within the program management group.

You will work with project teams to integrate best practices for schedule, cost, and risk, while supporting contract change management and claims resolution. The role involves developing pricing, managing risks, and ensuring contract compliance across pre-award, construction, and post-award phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies or business management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting major infrastructure capital projects, including delivery of equipment and materials requiring long lead procurement.
• Experience in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
• Background in project controls, cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in controlling and mitigating project costs and risk exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contractual/technical information.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adherence to policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide commercial and project controls oversight on complex infrastructure projects from start-up through execution, closeout, and dispute resolution.
• Support project managers in pricing for work products and management of risks and contingencies, including avoidance of scope creep.
• Proactive project and contract change and claims management and resolution.
• Assist in applying strategies for proper project setup to align with client control standards.
• Support development of SOW proposals and negotiation of prime task orders and amendments.
• Interpret client contracts to identify major contract requirements, insurance, and required flow downs.
• Maintain contract workflow to ensure efficient execution and implement new processes as needed.
• Assist in contract/subcontract development, execution and close-out procedures including RFPs and trade-off decisions.
• Develop subcontract scopes of work and collaborate with Project Accounting on budget proposals.
• Maintain audit files for contracts with all related correspondence and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage WSP commercial metrics (earned value, cost tracking, schedule, cash flow, change orders).
