Qualifications

• Experience drafting and editing agreements for government and private sector clients.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Docusign.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client contracts to identify major requirements, scope and risk.
• Prepare subcontracts and various agreement types.
• Review payment terms and scope of work with leaders.
• Manage subcontracting activities to meet deadlines and optimize outcomes.
• Lead intake and triage of contract-related requests in the CLM system.
