Job summary

EnergySolutions in Oak Ridge, TN seeks an experienced Contracts professional to administer and negotiate complex prime and sub-tier government and commercial contracts. You will review SOWs, identify risks, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development to resolve issues.

The role requires deep knowledge of FARs, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of contract performance in the environmental/nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Expert in contract administration within large scope and complexity.
• Ability to interpret contract language and contracting corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Administers contracts to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and monitors performance.
• Reviews statements of work and specifications to identify risks and mitigates them.
• Negotiates terms to achieve a favorable business agreement.
• Acts as focal point of contact with customers for all contractual matters.
• Ensures proper contract flowdown clauses and supports negotiations with procurement.
• Participates in daily project operations to meet schedules and resolve issues.
• Mentors and trains less experienced professionals; may have direct reports.
