Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Law required.
• 6–7 years contracting experience in related roles.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for complex buy-side agreements.
• Advise on contracting approach, risk, timelines, and processes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, OBIE, Privacy, and others to drive reviews.
• Review terms for commercial, operational, and compliance considerations.
• Support negotiations and facilitate timely execution of contracts.
• Maintain audit-ready contract records in lifecycle systems.
• Develop SOPs and guidance for contracting activities.
• Analyze contract data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage a small team of contractors and mentor colleagues.
