The role demands a strong background in contract negotiation, proposal development, and data rights, with an active Secret clearance and extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of relevant directly related experience, or Master's degree and 11+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Proficient in FAR/DFARS and contract types.
• Strong proposal development, negotiation, and communications skills.
• Active Secret security clearance with latest investigation within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor obligations.
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer communications for proper acquisition and fulfillment.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance.
• Review terms and conditions to address financial, delivery, IP, termination, indemnification, and risk areas.
