Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor program obligations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage contract administration per policies.
• Develop solutions for routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance.
• Review terms to address financial, delivery, IP, termination, and risk provisions.
• Prepare and manage written communications with internal and external customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables, invoices, and data calls.
