Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management experience in industrial services (oil & gas, refining, petrochemical).
• Proven negotiation experience with large, sophisticated corporations.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, indemnity, insurance requirements, and dispute avoidance.
• Experience partnering with operations, finance, procurement, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and administration of contracts (MSAs, purchase agreements, NDAs).
• Structure terms to protect profitability, cash flow, and risk position.
• Balance contractual obligations with project scope and operational capabilities.
• Develop and govern contract lifecycle processes and dashboards.
