Job summary

The role requires independent judgment, drafting and redlining, risk assessment, and coordination of the full contract lifecycle to ensure alignment with company policies and risk tolerance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years of experience in negotiations of complex legal and commercial contract terms.
• Ability to independently redline, propose contractual provisions, interpret, and negotiate complex terms with external clients.
• Proficient in preparing contract risk assessments and briefings for executives.

Responsibilities

• Independently interpret, evaluate, and negotiate legal and commercial terms across a broad range of agreements (Master Agreements, NDAs, Vendor/Subcontractor Agreements, Leases).
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for complex agreements including reviews, redlining, and recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while aligning with company policies, risk tolerance and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end contract review and approval processes, including summaries and stakeholder briefings.
• Maintain electronic contract files and related documents; organize reports and logs.
