Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Contracts in Texas to lead a team of contract professionals supporting DoW, FMS, and DCS programs for domestic and international customers.

The role requires strategic contract oversight across multiple programs and coordination with Legal and Compliance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex terms, managing the full contract lifecycle, and ensuring regulatory compliance including ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop contract teams with strategic focus.
• Experience negotiating DoW, FMS, and DCS terms with international customers.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UCC and export control frameworks.
• Proven ability to align contractual decisions with business strategy and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of contract professionals across DoW/FMS/DCS.
• Develop contractual strategies for domestic and international programs.
• Direct full contract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Negotiate complex DCS terms including payments, warranties, IP, and data rights.
• Ensure compliance with export controls and regulatory requirements.
