Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead end-to-end contract management for defense and civilian programs at Fairfax, VA. The role focuses on compliant, competitive contract actions within the All Domain operating unit.

The ideal candidate has deep federal contracting knowledge, experience with IDIQs, and can work in a hybrid schedule from Fairfax, VA. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of contract management experience or 14+ years with a high school diploma
• Experience handling large contract portfolios and high-volume actions
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NDAs, TAs, MOUs, IDIQs, BOAs

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of standard and non-standard contracts, including admin, negotiation, and closeout
• Support proposal development with pricing and compliance
• Lead negotiations with customers and partners per policy and requirements
• Review estimates, pricing data, materials, and performance criteria for completeness
• Prepare bids and maintain contract documentation and records
• Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze contract data and financial impacts to support decisions
• Develop contract estimating tools and templates
• Share knowledge through training and mentoring
• Maintain high organization and ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to shifting priorities and program needs
