Job summary

Crestview Aerospace in Crestview, Florida is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage all aspects of contracts, primarily Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts. The successful candidate will be involved in negotiations, proposal management, and maintaining customer relationships within the aerospace and defense sectors.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree, prior Aerospace & Defense experience, and a solid understanding of relevant regulations. This position will require strong coordination skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior Aerospace & Defense experience is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is a must.
• Must understand FAR, DFAR, and ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and changes.
• Coordinate with the IPT team on price-to-win approaches.
• Establish strong customer relationships and engagement.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system.
