Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing aerospace or manufacturing contracts.
Expertise in RFQs, negotiation, and execution.
Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts, FAR/DFARS.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned aerospace contracts.
Lead RFQ and proposal development with stakeholders.
Own all contract negotiations and customer communication.
Ensure program success through coordination with departments.
Monitor customer portals for upcoming programs.
Contribute to process improvement in Contracts and Program Management.
