Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing aerospace or manufacturing contracts.
• Expertise in RFQs, negotiation, and execution.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracts, FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned aerospace contracts.
• Lead RFQ and proposal development with stakeholders.
• Own all contract negotiations and customer communication.
• Ensure program success through coordination with departments.
• Monitor customer portals for upcoming programs.
• Contribute to process improvement in Contracts and Program Management.
