• Experience in deadline-driven environments and completing tasks on time.
• Strong judgment and problem resolution skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication to interface with staff from other departments and handle issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Draft account-specific documents and review non-standard language requests.
• Refer issues to senior staff as required and coordinate staff training.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team and conduct random audits for accuracy and consistency.
• Consult with the team and elevate concerns to management; act as liaison between staff and management.
