Responsibilities

• Manages execution and administration of contracts and grants for Behavioral Health Department.
• Monitors contract outcomes and ensures compliance with terms.
• Prepares grant budgets and manages annual development processes.
• Develops and manages RFPs and procurement processes for the department.
• Creates reports, correspondence, and recommendations for management and policy makers.
• Coordinates board letters and related workflow through approval and execution.
• Provides training and guidance on contract policies and procedures.
