Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) seeks a Program Administrator to plan, organize, and coordinate contracts, MOAs, grants, and board letters within the Behavioral Health Department Provider Network Management Team.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, able to handle a large workload under tight timelines, a skilled negotiator, and resourceful in identifying opportunities for value and cost savings. Experience in large agencies with contract-based fiscal management is highly valued.

• Experience managing contract-based fiscal and operational management in a large agency.
• Strong negotiation and contract/grant administration skills.
• Proficiency in RFP development and board letter management.
• Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and value.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and coordinates contracts, MOAs, grants, and board letters.
• Manages contract-based fiscal and operational issues, including negotiation and administration.
• Develops and manages RFPs and board letters; supports budgeting and reporting.
• Monitors contractor performance and provides customer service support as needed.
