Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States is seeking a Contract Manager to lead project management for new Fulfillment, Sortation and Delivery station planning, design and construction. The role spans extension of existing facilities and new sites and will support the North American facility network infrastructure.

The position combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management with strong emphasis on planning, design, and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day contract administration support for standardized construction contracts, NDA’s, services agreements, statements of work/work orders, proposals and other contract documentation.
• Prepare work orders, work authorization letters, and other contract and process documentation in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is entered into corporate databases in a timely manner; conduct analyses and compile reports as required.
• Review invoices for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Assist with contract audits.
• Processing and tracking purchase orders
• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting practices as well as Federal, state, and local law by reviewing existing and new regulations; advising management on requirements.
• Supports the Real Estate Legal team with onboarding new Vendors through the Prime Agreement process
• Works with the transaction team to ensure process is followed correctly on BTS deals

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
