Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contract administration for new fulfillment, sortation and delivery station projects. The role spans construction planning, design, and contract management for North American facilities.
Responsibilities include drafting and auditing contracts, managing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This opportunity combines construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. It requires a person who can show proven ability in the planning and design, and project management / control of new and the enhancement of existing facility buildings.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
