Qualifications

• Licensed RN, State of California; BSN preferred.
• Three or more years of RN-level nursing experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• Acute care experience with frail/elderly population.
• CPR and First Aid certification on file; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides orientation and ongoing training to clinic staff.
• Supervises clinic nurses, home care coordinators, medical assistants and clerks.
• Oversees triage and patient flow for efficient clinic operation.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; maintains records.
• Leads IDT meetings and ensures implementation of decisions.
• Ensures compliance with Title 22 and agency policies.
