Job summary

Fortress Information Security seeks a Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist to independently manage procurement contracting and TPRM activities. You will review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and DPAs, and negotiate commercial terms using established playbooks and approvals.

This remote role collaborates with Security and other SMEs to protect Fortress's contractual interests. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contracts and compliance, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts, procurement, or third‑party risk management with hands‑on vendor contract negotiation.
• Experience reviewing security, data protection, confidentiality, and risk provisions.
• Foundational knowledge of TPRM and vendor due diligence.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts, renewals, and deadlines independently.
• Strong verbal and written negotiation and stakeholdercommunication skills.
• Proficiency with contract management tools and workflow systems.
• Experience using AI tools with critical validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of vendor contracting, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and DPAs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to protect Fortress's interests and compliance posture.
• Review information security, data protection, and risk provisions with SMEs as needed.
• Manage contract renewals, obligations, and key dates to avoid expirations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day TPRM operations, including due diligence and monitoring.
• Coordinate subcontracting plan compliance with Government Compliance Manager.
• Maintain accurate contract and compliance records for audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and adapt to business needs.
