Fortress Information Security, LLC is seeking a Senior Contract & Compliance Associate in a remote-capable role based in Orlando, FL. You will independently manage procurement contracting activities and support Fortress's Third-Party Risk Management and subcontracting compliance programs.

The role involves negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and cloud agreements, DPAs, and amendments using established playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts, procurement, compliance or related field.
• Experience reviewing vendor contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS/cloud agreements.
• Knowledge of information security and data protection provisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracting end to end, including pricing and terms.
• Negotiate risk provisions and engage Security as needed.
• Oversee contract renewals, obligations and key dates.
• Coordinate TPRM operations and subcontracting plan compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract and compliance records.
