Job summary

CBRE is seeking an advanced contract administrator to manage supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation in line with the CBRE Sourcing Playbook and client requirements. You will prepare new contracts, renewals, amendments, and ensure compliance with licensing and insurance certificates.

In this role you will coordinate vendor performance, manage approvals for facility maintenance and repairs, and support analytics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED with preferred AA or equivalent.
• Certifications such as C.P.M., CPSM or NACM are advantageous.
• Minimum of four years of related contract management experience with strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and administers supplier contracts including new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinates compliance with vendors, including licenses and insurance certificates.
• Manages daily facility maintenance and landscaping coordination with vendors.
