Job summary

Qualifications

• 7‑10 years of progressive construction‑contract experience, incl. prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Experience with EPC, electrical, renewable energy, or utility project teams preferred.
• JD preferred but not required; strong judgment and ability to involve outside counsel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate EPC and construction contracts and amendments.
• Negotiate MSAs, purchase terms, warranties, and supplier agreements; ensure alignment with prime contracts.
• Manage NDAs, change orders, and dispute resolution; support notices and claims processes.
