Job summary

Harvest Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts & Claims Manager to lead commercial management for CAPEX projects, including large greenfield and brownfield schemes, to protect the company’s rights and optimize value.

You will coordinate with Global Engineering, project teams, and external stakeholders to secure obligations and drive cost efficiency. The role requires proven negotiation and contract strategy skills, experience in complex projects, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with major contractors/consultants.
• Experience developing contract strategies with measurable results.
• Experience with EPCMV/EPC contractors is preferred.
• Experience at a senior level on major projects in a commercial/claims role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of contracts to secure contractual rights and entitlements.
• Identify cost-benefit solutions to complex contractual matters and negotiate changes.
• Coordinate change orders, delay management, and potential litigation/ADR preparations.
• Monitor contract compliance and report status to Project & Procurement teams.
• Support arbitration and dispute resolution procedures; oversee supplier performance.
