Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Senior Contracts & Claims Manager to oversee the commercial management of CAPEX projects, ensuring rights and entitlements are protected and total cost of ownership is minimized. You will work closely with the Global Engineering team, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Purchasing, Engineering, Legal, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in contracts, claims, cost management and procurement.
• Experience with major contractors/consultants on EPCMV/EPC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of CAPEX projects (min 5 M USD spend).
• Mitigate contract risks and optimize value-for-money.
• Coordinate with Global SGIE, local project team and stakeholders.
• Negotiate major contracts and manage change requests.
• Oversee claims management, disputes, and ADR processes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and standards.
