Job summary

Digital Prospectors seeks a Senior Contracts & Claims Manager to oversee the commercial management of large capital projects, typically USD 5 million+. You will protect contractual rights, ensure contractor obligations are met, and drive value-for-money, cost discipline, schedule performance, and quality across greenfield and brownfield CAPEX schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial contract management for large capital projects.
• Strong negotiation skills with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex contract terms and identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience coordinating with project management, procurement, engineering, legal, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support definition of risk mitigation plans and contracting strategies.
• Maintain contract cost controls including progress measurement and cash flow.
• Review tenders and contracts with strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate major contracts and change requests; prepare final documents.
