Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Affairs Specialist in New York City to lead contract management, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and improve processes with contract systems and data-driven approaches.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, privacy, IT and procurement, delivering deals efficiently while supporting the wider Business Affairs team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience as contracts manager, paralegal or similar role focused on drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
• Experience with contract management software; ability to quickly learn AI tools like Gemini, Harvey.
• Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and effective stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare agreements from templates; manage contracting process from request to final execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on transactions, including software, tech, privacy and marketing issues.
• Act as a bridge between business clients, procurement, stakeholders and Legal for end-to-end lifecycle.
• Handle services agreements, SOWs, vendor, talent, influencer agreements and licenses.
• Drive contract management system implementation, maintenance and training.
• Plan and implement databases of contractual terms to enable data-driven decisions.
• Provide support to in-house attorneys on development, production, marketing and licensing of videogames.
