• Ability to evaluate and advise on complex agreements and contractual issues.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
• Qualified and in good standing with the State Bar of New York.

Aufgaben

• Draft, analyze and negotiate commercial agreements for entertainment content creation, production, marketing and distribution.
• Support senior attorneys across practice groups including music, entertainment, sports, technology, advertising, and gaming.
• Structure and analyze deals with rights held by third parties such as distributors, labels, licensors, publishers and tech vendors.
• Advise internal clients on business, contract, copyright, technology and regulatory matters.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal and business affairs counsel to creative units.
• Assess risks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support publishing labels to create innovative products efficiently.
