You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Privacy, IT and procurement in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely contracts and supporting business teams with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, redline, analyze, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements based on contract templates and manage the contracting process from request to final execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on transactions with software, technology, entertainment and marketing issues.
• Serve as a bridge between business clients, procurement, stakeholders and Legal for end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Handle services agreements, statements of work, vendor, talent, influencer, licenses and related clauses.
