Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial models to support acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities in interactive entertainment.
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors and market developments, delivering regular insights to the team.
• Assist in due diligence for M&A and partnerships.
• Prepare clear presentations and reports for senior management and Board meetings.
• Support new Corporate Development initiatives including post-acquisition integration and business model innovation.
