Responsibilities

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams for timely completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests with Finance for data and impact assessment.
• Analyze provider performance trends (cost, utilization) for contract compliance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including RFPs and system projects.
• Own audits (State Comptroller, CMS, internal, program integrity) and related requirements.
