Job summary

Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst for TennCare to implement and maintain state service provider contracts. This role coordinates with Finance and legal teams, reviews contract changes, monitors compliance, analyzes provider performance trends, and supports RFP and system projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or healthcare management and at least five years of PBM contracting experience; US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare management or related area; HS diploma or GED acceptable
• 5 years of contracting or business process admin experience in PBM or regulated industry
• Detailed oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Public sector financial/contractual analysis and negotiations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams to ensure timely completion
• Process and track contract modification requests with Finance data
• Analyze provider performance trends and report findings for contract compliance
• Support cross-functional initiatives including RFP and system projects
• Own audits (State Comptroller, CMS, internal or program integrity)
• Other duties as assigned
