Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with healthcare/ PBM focus.
• 5 years of contracting or business process administration experience.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy data and negotiate terms.
• Legal/contractual review and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual contract deliverables with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Process and track contract modification requests with Finance insights.
• Analyze provider performance trends and report findings for compliance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including RFPs and system projects.
• Act as the primary business owner for state audits, CMS audits, and program integrity reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
