Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contracts for design and construction of campus energy distribution systems, including chilled water, heating hot water, steam, and electricity and gas networks. The role is on the Georgetown University campus with a chance to share knowledge with teams in Houston, Columbus and Iowa City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of contract development/administration experience.
• Experience with procurement procedures and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive the RFP process with Project Managers.
• Analyze proposals and assist bidders to mitigate risks.
• Prepare contract and award documentation in compliance with policies.
• Support contract execution, monitor performance, and address issues.
• Review Change Orders and finalize packages for signatures.
• Manage contractual claims and disputes with stakeholders.
• Maintain records of communications, notices, liens, bonds, and claims.
