ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Contracts Advisor responsible for structuring major agreements and leading contract delivery strategies for large capital projects.
Key responsibilities include managing project contracts, negotiating terms, and overseeing the contract lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of contract management experience is required. As a Contracts Advisor, you are responsible for structuring the commercial framework of major agreements and leading contract delivery strategies and negotiations for large capital projects. You ensure all projects are executed in compliance with procurement policies and the organization’s ethics charter. In this role, you oversee the development of contract documentation that aligns with project requirements, identifies risks, and incorporates mitigation strategies. You manage the full contract lifecycle, including tendering, negotiation, and formalization. You act as the primary point of contact for defining and executing the project’s contract strategy, planning, and implementation. Additionally, you collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with project objectives.
