Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of contract experience required.
• Academic health system contracting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal/external review and drafting of contracts for UPHS.
• Review and abstract contract provisions for the Contract Tracking System.
• Maintain contract databases and generate regular reports.
• Serve as liaison for Contract Tracking System with UPHS leadership.
• Support regulatory compliance and due diligence activities.
