Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years progressive contracts or subcontract administration.
• 8+ years for senior level independent management of complex agreements.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS and prime contract flowdowns.
• Experience with cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts.
• Strong commercial contract and subcontract experience.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts and task orders through pre- to post-award.
• Review solicitations, statements of work, and specs to identify risks.
• Serve as point of contact with Government contracting personnel.
• Coordinate contract reviews, terms, and legal sufficiency.
• Manage subcontracts through full life cycle including closeout.
• Organize comprehensive RFPs for competitive negotiations.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and prepare award recommendations.
• Administer contracts per FAR, DFARS, NASA FAR Supplement.
• Negotiate prime terms and track funding obligations.
• Review commercial agreements (MSA, NDAs, teaming).
• Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Finance/Program Management on cost issues.
• Maintain complete contract/subcontract files and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, finance, procurement, and partners.
